1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Drelox collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order or contact us. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you:

  • Order details: your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address, provided at checkout.
  • Contact messages: your name, email address and the content of any message you send us.
  • Order tracking: the order number and email you enter to look up an order.
  • Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address) and essential cookies needed to run the site.

Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, we do not collect or store any card or bank account details.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your data to:

  • process, fulfil and deliver your orders, including arranging Cash on Delivery with our couriers;
  • send transactional emails such as order confirmations and delivery updates;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
  • protect the site against fraud and misuse.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only as necessary to run the store:

  • Delivery partners / couriers โ€” to deliver your order and collect the Cash on Delivery payment.
  • IT and email service providers โ€” who host our systems and send our transactional emails on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with any payment processor, because we do not take online payments.
