1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Drelox website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you accept them. They are provided in English, French, Italian and German; in case of discrepancy the English version prevails, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required; delivery charges are calculated at checkout before you confirm. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm it for dispatch. We may decline an order — for example for unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already taken.

3. Payment — Cash on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the full amount, including any delivery charge, in cash to the courier on delivery. No payment is taken when you order, and we never collect or store card or bank details. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may be unable to give change.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is dispatched. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

If you change your mind, EU consumers may return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund, without giving a reason. Contact us at [email protected]; returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. Faulty or misdescribed items may also be returned under the legal guarantee of conformity. This does not affect your statutory rights.
